Urey, Borough Manager Solicitor, Douglas, Joseph & Olson Also present: Frank Vanderslice Mike McLaughlin Becky Sivchuk Peg Moyer Dr. Mary Jane Hirt John McDonald Staff: Media: Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant Caleb Stright, Record-Argus David Hetrick, Financial Assistant Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer County Regional Planning Commission -conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview. **Councilor Zuschlag joined the session at 6:07pm.** Mr. Conti discussed the upcoming changes and objectives of the program and announced that the Borough of Greenville is entitled to receive $96,851 from the authorized FY2015 entitlement program. 4.
