Call to Order Paul Hamill, Council President 2. Roll Call: Paul Hamill, Council President Jonathan Bailey, Council Vice President Sean Hall, Council President Pro Tempore Jonathan Bailey Anne Butcher – Arrived at 6:15pm Dane Mincer – Arrived at 6:21pm Evian Zukas-Oguz Evan Hereford, Mayor Jasson W. Urey, Borough Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor Also present: Lisa Hamill Staff: Rosalynn Reagle, Administrative Assistant 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer County Regional Planning Commission -conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview. Mr. Conti discussed the upcoming changes and objective of the program and announced that the Borough of Greenville just received an allocation of $109,585 for the 2019 program. Council held discussions with Mr. Conti regarding the 2018 and 2019 allocations and how it will be used. 4. Public Comment Residents: None Non-Residents: None 5.
