Motion to re-appoint Donald Shaw to the Sanitary Authority Board for a 5 year term which will expire on June 30, 2019. D. Motion to re-appoint Richard Miller to the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone for a 4 year term which will expire on June 30, 2018. E. Motion to renew contract with Sharp Collections, Inc. for Per Capita Taxes for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. F.
