B. Motion to re-appoint Mario Marini to the Horizon Hospital System Authority for a 5 year term which will expire on June 30, 2019. C. Motion to re-appoint Donald Shaw to the Sanitary Authority Board for a 5 year term which will expire on June 30, 2019. D. Motion to re-appoint Richard Miller to the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone for a 4 year term which will expire on June 30, 2018. E. Motion to renew contract with Sharp Collections, Inc. for Per Capita Taxes for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. F. Motion to renew lease agreement with Joseph & Wendy Whitmore for 185 Hamburg Road for the sewer plant house from June 01, 2014 to May 31, 2015. Page 2 of 6 G. Motion to enact Resolution 2014-10 for Manhole Replacement Project. H. Motion to accept recommendation from Civil Service Commission to adopt new Police Civil Service Rules and Regulations. I. Motion to accept recommendation from the Public Safety Director to hire Brian Morrow as a Part Time Fire Fighter per the eligibility list provided by the Civil Service Commission. K. Motion to accept the recommendation from the Street Committee to request a traffic study at the intersection of Main Street and Penn Avenue for installation of a traffic light. L. Motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to proceed with housing rehabilitation at 17 York Street. M. Motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to proceed with housing rehabilitation at 34 Elm Street. N.
