Motion accept PENNVEST Funding Offer and authorize Borough Manager to execute all necessary agreements. 12. New Business A. Motion to accept the Tax Collector's report of one hundred twenty (120) additions to the Per Capita rolls and eighty (80) permanent exonerations in the amount of $800.00 from the Greenville tax office. B. Motion to advertise to fill one (1) expiring term on the Sanitary Authority for a 5 Year Term. C. Motion to advertise to fill two (2) expiring terms on the Horizon Hospital System Authority for a 5 Year Term. D. Motion to advertise to fill one (1) expiring term on the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone for a 4 Year Term. E. Motion to accept the recommendation from Borough Manager to close both PNC accounts for the Greenville Municipal Airport and open accounts with First National Bank. F. Motion to hire Zackary McGranahan as a Part Time Civil Service qualified police offers from the Civil Service Commission eligibility list. G. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1546 amending the Parking Ordinance. H. Motion to renew lease agreement with Joseph & Wendy Whitmore for 185 Hamburg Road for the sewer plant house from June 01, 2015 to May 31, 2016. I. Motion to enter into an agreement with the Greenville Water Authority to replace a section of water line from North Third Street to North Diamond Street in conjunction with the Brakin Alley Storm Sewer replacement project.
