Motion to accept the recommendation from the Street Committee regarding the Water Authority project on Penn Avenue. E. Motion to divest the Storm Water Utility to the Sanitary Authority. F. Motion to enter into an agreement with Salzman Hughes, P.C. to provide the legal support needed to divest the Storm Water Utility to the Sanitary Authority. G.
