Motion to accept the Tax Collector’s report of Zero (0) additions to the Per Capital roll and One (1) permanent exonerations in the amount of $5.00 from the Greenville Tax Office. B. Motion to renew the contract with Reeve’s Information Technology, current contract expires October 31, 2020. C. Motion to adopt the Greenville Economic Development Strategy. D. Motion to adopt Resolution 2020-22, to make application for the 2020 CDBG Program. E. Motion to adopt Resolution 2020-23, Citizen Participation and Language Access Plans. F. Motion to adopt the Cooperation Agreement between Mercer County and the Town of Greenville for the FY 2020 CDBG Program Administration. G. Motion to authorize the Town Manager to submit an application to the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) for a new pumper truck replacement turnout gear, and small equipment. H. Motion to enter into an agreement with Decoplan Associates LLC, to assist with writing the Assistance to Firefighters Grant. I. Motion to concur with the Sanitary Authority to move forward with the Sewer Plant Upgrade Project to start the design phase at a cost of $2,800,000. A bridge loan will be acquired to cover the costs. J. Motion to authorize the Town Manger to make application for the 2019 Municipal Recycling Program Performance Grant. K.
