Motion to promote Cody Mowris from Part-Time Firefighter to Full-Time Fire Fighter from the Civil Service Commission Certified List of three, effective January 1, 2023. D. Motion to promote Drew Snyder from Part-Time Firefighter to Full-Time Fire Fighter from the Civil Service Commission Certified List of three, effective January 1, 2023. E. Motion to use the optional provision of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations to appoint Michael Moore to the position of Part-Time Police Officer conditional on passing the physical and psychological exams.
