A. Motion to advertise ordinance 1628 to update the Greenville Town Police Pension Plan to
waive the member contribution requirement for 2023.
B. Motion to promote Michael White from Part-Time Firefighter to Full-Time Fire Fighter from
the Civil Service Commission Certified List of three, effective January 1, 2023.
C. Motion to promote Cody Mowris from Part-Time Firefighter to Full-Time Fire Fighter from
the Civil Service Commission Certified List of three, effective January 1, 2023.
D. Motion to promote Drew Snyder from Part-Time Firefighter to Full-Time Fire Fighter from
the Civil Service Commission Certified List of three, effective January 1, 2023.
E. Motion to use the optional provision of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations to appoint
Michael Moore to the position of Part-Time Police Officer conditional on passing the
physical and psychological exams.
F. Motion to adopt the Greenville Area Brownfields Redevelopment Plan.
G. Motion to set the following members for the Greenville Redevelopment Authority effective
January 1, 2023:
• Edward Taczanowsky - 5 year term
• Roberta Leonard – 4 year term
• Janet Earle – 3 year term
• Martin Johnson- 2 year term
• Brandon Mirizio – 1 year term
H. Motion to appoint EmergyCare Ambulance to replace Life Force of Western PA Inc for
providing Emergency Services for the municipality effective 1/1/23.
I. Motion to create a tuition reimbursement program for the Greenville Police Department.
J. Motion to adopt the 2023 Capital Improvements Plan and Capital Fund Budget.
K. Motion to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Teamsters Local 261 for the
addition of a Pay Step Program.

M. Motion to hire Austin Kilgore as a Department of Public Works Employee.
N. Motion to authorize the Town Manager to apply for the 2023 Green Light-GO grant program
