Unfinished Business A. Motion to award the Sewer Lateral Inspection contract with the only bid received for $250.00 for a residential inspection, $350.00 for a commercial inspection, and no charge for a re-inspection to Steve Vosler, 376 Mercer Road, Greenville, for sewer lateral inspections in the Town of Greenville for a period from February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2027, with the option of two additional one-year extensions. 9. New Business A. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1640 to update the Greenville Town Police pension Plan to waive the member contribution requirement for 2024. B. Motion to adopt the job description for the Director of Community Development. C. Motion to adopt the job description for the Assistant Director of Community Development. D. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with Jasson Urey as the Town Manager for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $80,000. E. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with Rosalynn Reagle as the Assistant Town Manager for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $70,000. F. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with David Hetrick as the Town Financial Assistant for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $65,000. G. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with Amy Hollowell as the Town Administrative Assistant for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $48,000.00. Page 2 of 3 H. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with Carrie Marstellar as the Town Clerical Assistant for a 2-year term at an hourly wage of $19.23 an hour. I. Motion to enter into an employment agreement with Matthew Breedlove as the Town Director of Community Development for a 2-year term at an annual salary of $60,000. J. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-01, appointing Mercer County Tax Collection Committee members. K. Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-02, amending the Civil Service Rule and Regulations for the Greenville Fire Department to add language for minimum years of service requirement. L. Motion to authorize the Town Manager to sign an assessment agreement with Leathers and Associates to do an assessment of the playground in Riverside Park at the cost of $2,400. M.
