Peden, Council President Pro Tempore Jonathan Bailey, Councilor Amy Hollowell, Councilor Donald B. Shaw, Councilor Linda Zuschlag, Councilor Joshua Stephens, Mayor Jasson W. Urey, Borough Manager Solicitor, Douglas, Joseph & Olson Also present: Norma Anderton James Zuschlag Staff: Media: Megan Heathcote, Administrative Assistant Caleb Stright, Record-Argus Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services 3. Public Comments President Shipley thanked Norma Anderton from Representative Michelle Brooks office for being here. 4. Unfinished Business A. None. 5. New Business A. Mr. Urey showed a PowerPoint Presentation on the Brackin Alley storm sewer collapse and explained the damage that was caused by the storms. 1 Borough of Greenville Council Minutes 06-23-14 B. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to authorize Borough Manager to hire H. Wayne Erdice Construction to do emergency repairs to the Brackin Alley storm sewer. C. Motion by Councilor Hollowell, seconded by Councilor Shaw, to use the Emergency Fund to pay for the emergency repairs to the Brackin Alley storm sewer. D. Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Hollowell, to enact Resolution 2014-14 to extend the Mayor’s proclamation of state of emergency for the Brackin Alley storm sewer collapse. 6. Public Comments James Zuschlag, Lancaster Avenue, spoke on the bridge on Lancaster Avenue. 7. Adjournment Having no other business before council, motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Bailey, to adjourn the meeting at 6:39pm. Motion carried. Respectfully submitted, Jasson W.
