Motion to adopt Ordinance 1622, establishing the 2023 General Purposes Tax Rate (Reducing from 14.5 mills to 12 mills). B. Motion to adopt Ordinance 1623, establishing the 2023 Special Purposes Fire Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills). 1  C. Motion to adopt Ordinance 1624, establishing the 2023 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (10.58 mills). D. Motion to adopt Ordinance 1625, establishing the 2023 Earned Income Tax Rate (1.75% for residents and 1% for non-residents).
