MINUTES OF A WORK SESSION OF GREENVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THURSDAY, JULY 7, 2005 AT 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order – Council President Longiotti called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. New Business Councilor Mueller moved, seconded by Vice President Henderson to approve Change Order No. 4 from Combine Construction for the CDBG sidewalk improvement project on 30 Plum Street. 3.
