Town.
B. Discuss motion to appoint a voting delegate for the PSAB Annual Conference May 22
through May 25 in Hershey, PA.
C. Discuss motion to authorize the Tick Research Lab of Pennsylvania to conduct a Tick
Mitigation study in Riverside Park and the Sports Complex.

D. Discuss motion to move Nichole Fenstmaker from the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer
position to the Department of Public Works Employee position.
E. Discuss motion to authorize the Town Manager to apply for the Act 10 EMS grant through
the Pennsylvania Office of the State Fire Commissioner.
F. Discuss motion to award the Davis St., Chicago St., and N. Race St Ext. Paving project
contact to Youngblood Paving in the amount of $187,623.25.
