B. Discuss motion to advertise for a Public Hearing on October 6, 2021 at 5:30 pm for the Conditional Use Application for 71 Columbia Avenue. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to approve the 2022 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension plans. B. Discuss motion to authorize the request from Council President Hamill to pay for his attendance at the annual PSAB Fall Conference at a cost of $433.00. C. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Strategic Management Committee to designate Sgt. Jim Hellman as Interim Lieutenant of the Greenville Police Department. D. Discuss motion to advertise for a Public Hearing on October 6, 2021 at 5:30 pm to vacate a portion of Cherry Way. 2  E. Discuss motion to accept the low bid of $54,313.80 from Lake County Sewer Company, LLC for the State Route 18 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Project. F. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2021-10 authorizing the Council President to execute the Consent Order and Agreement between the Department of Environmental Protection and Greenville Borough Sanitary Authority and Greenville Borough.
