tax ordinances beginning at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers.

B. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Zoning Hearing Board with a term expiring
December 31, 2026 (Rick Zilla). This is three-year term.
C. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Mercer County Regional Planning
Commission with a term expiring December 31, 2025 (Paul Hamill). This is a three-year
term.
D. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Greenville Water Authority expiring on
December 31, 2027 (Stephanie Williams). This is a five-year term.

E. Discuss motion to advertise for (8) seats on the Airport Commission expiring on December
31, 2023. This is a one-year term.
F. Discuss motion to advertise for (2) seats on the Code Appeals Board with one term
expiring December 31, 2023 and with one term expiring December 31, 2025.
G. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Greenville Planning Commission with a term
expiring December 31, 2026 (Paul Hamill). This is a four-year term.

I. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2022-09, endorsing the United States
Semiquincentennial (America250PA) anniversary in 2026.

Brownfields Assessment Grant.
K. Discuss motion to adopt resolution 2022-11 updating the Town’s Fee Resolution.

and Storm Water Utility Budgets.
M. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1622, establishing the 2023 General Purposes Tax
Rate (12 mills).
N. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1623, establishing the 2023 Special Purposes Fire
Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills).
O. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1624, establishing the 2023 General Tax Rate for
Indebtedness (10.58 mills).
P. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1625, establishing the 2023 Earned Income Tax
Rate (1.75% for residents and 1% for non-residents).
Q. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1626, amending the Non-Owner-Occupied
Ordinance.

Ordinance.
S. Discuss motion to approve a one-year extension of the contract with Steve Vosler for sewer
lateral inspections from 2/1/23 through 1/31/24. This is the last extension of the contract.
