Motion to advertise a Public Hearing for the Draft Zoning Ordinance, the Draft Zoning Map, and the Draft Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) on ___________ at __ in Council Chambers. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with Jasson Urey as the Borough Manager for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. B. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with Rosalynn Reagle as the Assistant Borough Manager for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. C. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with David Hetrick as the Borough Financial Assistant for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. D. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with Amy Hollowell as a Borough Administrative Assistant for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. 4  E. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with Tiffany McJunkin as a Borough Administrative Assistant for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. F. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with Carrie Marsteller as the Borough Clerical Assistant for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. G. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to enter into an employment agreement with Matthew Breedlove as the Director of Community Development for a 2-year term with an annual 2.5% increase each year. H. Advise council of the need to fill the vacant position in the Public Works Department by hiring Chad Davis as a Full-Time Public Works Laborer. I. Advise council of the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to adopt the job description for a Police Chief.
