This is required for the CDBG competitive award that the borough is working on for the South Front Street Stormwater Project. Please be sure to complete and send back to MCRPC as soon as possible. Advise council of the need to accept the Keystone Historic Preservation Grant award of $6,125.00 from the Pennsylvania Historical Museum Commission to conduct a feasibility study on the former train depot owned by Norfolk Southern Railroad located at 306 Main Street. The $6,125.00 matching funds will be provided from the General Fund. B. Advise council of the need to have Greleski Abstracting & Real Estate LLC conduct a title search on the Trinity North properties (parcel numbers 55 519 001, 55 519 002, 55 519 004, and 55 519 005). This will be done to investigate a railroad spur on the property and should cost no more than $1,500.00. C. Advise council of the need to adopt Resolution 2026-16. authorize the Borough Manager to apply for the DEP ACT 101, Section 904 Recycling Performance Grant. D. Advise council of the need to authorize the Borough Manager to approve a Temporary Exemption Permit for Alcohol Consumption in a Public Area submitted by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce for their Fall Flavor Event scheduled for October 17, 2026. E. Advise council of the need to authorize the Borough Engineer, Viridian Civil Design, to proceed with preliminary planning options to re-locate the Municipal Building on the property adjacent to the Fire Department and Public Works Garage. F. Advise council of the need to award the low bid of $53,000.00 to Siegel Excavating, LLC for the demolition of 9 N Front Street. G.
