Mr. Bovia asked if there was a certain date that it was going to begin and Giles stated that it is up to the contractors to set a date. His office is working on 2018’s street plans, while looking at New St for 2018’s street repair. Road rating is one of the worst and that funding will need to be found. Greenwich, Ohio 44837 (419) 752-2441 Police Chief’s Report: Chief Dorsey stated that the new cruiser equipment has been ordered and it will be about 3 weeks till it will be completed. The Opto traffic cam is generating about the same as it did last year in tickets and collection, about two weeks ago it clocked a vehicle going 78 mph through down town. Crime has picked up due to the weather and that is everywhere, not just Greenwich. Police Reports will be up to date as of tomorrow, they are currently behind about 4 days. No trucking permits have been turned back in as of today and that the enforcement of the Ordinance will take place on July 24th, as well as summons being issued for excessive trash and broke down vehicles.
