Dubiel, Elich, Feltman, Goerke, Hage, McCarthy, S. McCullough, G. McCullough, Wettstein Excused: Rogers Guest: Rachel Timble; Nina Randazzo (Monsour) Also Present: None Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Co-Chair Wettstein at 7:00 p.m. Minutes: April 8, 2026, minutes were distributed and reviewed. Motion by G. McCullough, seconded by Casinelli to approve April 8, 2026, minutes as presented. Motion carried by the following vote: Yes: Casinelli, Champagne, Dinicu, C. Dubiel, Elich, Feltman, Goerke, Hage, McCarthy, S. McCullough, G. McCullough, Wettstein No: None Excused: Rogers Chairperson: R. Koester resigned from the Beautification Advisory Commission Motion by Mary C., seconded by Dinicu to approve Matt Wettstein as Chair to the Beautification Advisory Commission. Motion carried by the following vote: Yes: Casinelli, Champagne, Dinicu, C. Dubiel, Elich, Feltman, Goerke, Hage, McCarthy, S. McCullough, G. McCullough, Wettstein No: None Excused: Rogers Motion for the immediate certification of the above by Casinelli. seconded by Hage Motion carried by the following vote: Yes: Casinelli, Champagne, Dinicu, C. Agreed to renew Southeastern Michigan Beautification application. Awards Program: Casinelli and team shared an update on the Awards Program Flower Sale: Feltman provided an update to the team Adopt-A-Garden: Champagne provided an update Council report: No report Old Business: None New Business: Wettstein shared biographical sketch for Nina Randazzo (Monsour) and Rachel Trimble Motion by Casinelli, seconded by Goerke to recommend the Mayoral appointment of Nina Randazzo (Monsour) to the Beautification Advisory Commission Motion carried by the following vote: Casinelli, Champagne, Dinicu, C. McCullough, Wettstein No: None Excused: Rogers Motion by Elich, seconded by Hage to recommend to the Mayor the immediate certification of the previous motion of the Mayoral appointment of Nina Randazzo (Monsour) to the Beautification Advisory Commission Motion carried by the following vote: Casinelli, Champagne, Dinicu, C.
