February 13, 2025
I. Call to Order
The meeting of the Grosse Pointe Woods Historical Commission began at 7:40 p.m.
Present: Shirley Hartert, Stephanie Listman, Sean Murphy, Becky Veitengruber, Giles Wilborn
Excused: David Bryk, Colleen D’Agostino, Suzanne Kent
Unexcused: Lynne Millies
Also Present: City Council Representative: Kenn Gafa, Krystle English (GPW resident)
Due to lack of quorum, there was an open discussion and the following matters were discussed:
Payment for Cook Schoolhouse roof was made. ($23,050.00 from Cook Schoolhouse
funds spent, leaving a balance of $8,136.10)
Commission discussed duties and timelines for Memorial Day Circle of Honor program.
Council Representative Gafa shared city updates.
Our meeting ended at 8:28 p.m.
