ORDINANCE 202I-46 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVELAND, FLORIDA, VACATING CERTAIN RIGHTS OF WAY SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF GROVELAND FARMS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 10 AND 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; VESTING OF TITLE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND SCRIVENER,S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. You may appear at the Planning and Zoning Board and City Council public meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed ROW Vacate.
