Motion to appoint the City Attorney 15. Motion to designate the Bank of Gueydan as the fiscal depositor for all the Town funds 16. Motion to appoint the signatures of the Mayor, Clerk & alternate to be honored on all checks drawn on all funds deposited at the Bank of Gueydan and Vermilion Bank (Mayor and Clerk will have a stamp with one original signature on the check) 17.
