The development is located at The Gulf Shores Golf Club. B. ZA2015-05 – Zoning Text Amendment – Article 6-6 G. Pier Structures Request: Mr. David Adams seeks to amend Article 6-6 G. (Pier Structures) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum size allowed for a pier structure from 400 to 750 square feet. C. ZA2015-06 – Zoning Text Amendment – Article 13-3 Discontinuation of Nonconformities Request: The City of Gulf Shores proposes to amend Article 13 (Nonconformities) of the Zoning Ordinance in order to clarify the Nonconformities section. 5. SITE PLANS A. SP2015-08 – Gulf Shores Teepee Request: Mr. Sam Gerges seeks site plan approval in order to construct a 707 square foot building at 1550 Gulf Shores Parkway. B. SP2015-09 – Gulf Shores Utilities Storage Building Request: Gulf Shores Utilities seeks site plan approval in order to construct a 3,200 square foot storage building at 1629 East 1st Avenue. 6.
