ZTA20-04 Food Truck Zoning Amendment Request: The applicant seeks to amend the Zoning Ordinance to include Mobile Food Units (MFU) as a permitted use and allow them to operate on private property within non-residential zoning districts, including non-residential areas of PUDs. B. ZA20-000047 – Craft Farms PUD Master Plan Amendment Request: The applicant seeks to amend the Craft Farms Planned Unit Development Master Plan to change the land use classification of an 11 acre parcel from Commercial & Open Space to Medium High Density and add an underlying zoning of R-3 Residential /Limited Density Multi-family. The proposed plan is a 110 unit development consisting of single family attached houses and townhouses. C. ZA20-000033 – Colony Park Estates Subdivision – Preliminary Subdivision Plat Request: The applicant seeks Preliminary Plat approval to subdivide 27.54 acres into 63 lots.
