V2015-04 – 1401 Yupon Drive Variance Request: Mr. Wayne Metcalfe seeks a variance from Article 6-6 D. in order to construct an accessory building in excess of 30% of the size of the principle building. B. V2015-05 – 2391 Wallace Circle Variance Request: Mr. Andrew Harrell, on behalf of April Scott, seeks a variance for an encroachment over the front setback line.
