Consideration of a Variance request from Brandon Lawing with Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc to reduce the curb and gutter width to 24” as opposed to 30”. This request is for Gunter’s Cove, a residential subdivision development. 5. Request from Chair for motion and second to adjourn.
