I I The Mayor called the meeting to order and requested everyone stand for the Flag Salute. I I The Mayor then asked the City Clerk to call the ro�l. I Present Mayor John F. Zisa, Deputy Mayor Sandra A. Robinson, Councilmen Mark A. Stein, Mauro A. Mecca and1 Roger B. Mattei, City Attorney Richard E. Salkin, City Clerk I Doris L. Dukes: "In accordance with the Open Public Me�ting Act, Chapter 231, Laws of 1975, adequate notice of this me1eting was provided by sending a notice to The Record and posting 1 a copy of same on the Bulletin Board in City Hall". \ I Mayor Zisa called for approval of the minutes of the meeti�gs held December 7th and December 14, 1992. I l Motion offered by Stein, seconded by Mattei that the minutes I be approved as submitted. Carried RESOLUTION #308 OFFERED BY: Robinson SECONDED BY: Mecca WHEREAS, Lorenzo Oliveri is constructing two detached one-family dwellings on Fairmount Avenue east of C0les 1 Brook in I the City of Hackensack; and I WHEREAS, it is necessary that the developer of thi project obtain from the Department of Environmental Protection a Sewer � Extension Permit (CP-1); and I Il I WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, it is requiried that the municipality certify that the project is in conform�nc�-with th� requirements of all municipal ordinances and that the overning body of the municipality approves of the project ab p�oposed by � the applicant and that the City does not ob:ject1 to the I : application of a Sewer Extension Permit; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of H� ckensack hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign the CP-1 eddor � ement on behalf of the municipality approving the project a� proposed by the developer; and : BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no construction permits be I \I issued until all permit applications required by ahy D1epartment 1 or Division of the State of New Jersey have been apptovep. l � Roll Call: Ayes - Mecca, Robinson, Stein, Matte , z sa Mayor Zisa stated that this resolution had be J n bl fore the Counc�l before and was tabled. FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 19-92 ENTITLED: "AN I I ORDINANCE FIXING AND DETERMINING MUNICIPAL CLASS POS[TION, TITLES I AND SALARY RANGES FOR CERTAIN CONTRACTUAL OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES I I OF THE CITY OF HACKENSACK". Mayor Zisa called for a public hearing on I bi rdinance No.19�92, Motion offered by Robinson, I seconded by Mecca, that there \ \ \ be a public hearing. Carried fhe Mayor asked if anyone wished to speak on this Ordinance. I \ There, was no response. Motion offered by Mattei, seconded by Stein, that the public I \ hearing be closed.
