/CJ/ A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Hackensack, was held at City Hall, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, Tuesday, May 17, 1994, at 7:30 P. M. City Attorney Richard Salkin explained the absence of City Clerk Doris L. Dukes and added that the Deputy City Clerk was also absent at this time. City Attorney Salkin had agreed to take the minutes of this meeting in the absence of the City Clerk and her Deputy. On roll call the ·following were present - Councilmen Roger B. Mattei, Jesus R. Galvis, Deputy Mayor Juanita Trammell, Councilmen Mark A. Stein and Mayor John F. Zisa, City Manager James S. Lacava, and City Attorney Richard E. Salkin Absent - City Clerk Doris L. Dukes The minutes as taken by the City Attorney are attached as the official minutes of this meeting.
