PUBLIC HEARING – Len Nix, 83 Elm Avenue, questioned whether some of the money could be used for sidewalks and was advised by Mr. Lo Iacono that it could not be, sidewalks are the responsibility of the property owner. Mr. Nix further stated that sections of sidewalk are missing on Spring Valley Avenue and also that it is his opinion that handicapped curb ramps should be put in the most highly trafficked area.
