NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Summer Food Program be awarded to Nu-Way Concessionaires, Inc., 339-345 Bergen Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032 at the contract price of $2.06 per lunch and $0.49 per snack; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are available in account #G-02-10-901-000-000 of the Current Budget.
