COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - Minutes Village of Hales Corners, WI March 2, 2026 5635 S. New Berlin Road The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Chair J. Chesney. 1.0 Roll Call – Present: Chair J. Chesney. Trustees: M. Bennett, T. Brinkmeier, S. Riemer, and Pres. D. Besson. Trustee I. Thomson, absent. Staff: Village Administrator S. Kulik. Audience (0). 2.0 PUBLIC COMMENT – none. 3.0 AGENDA ITEMS 3.1 Minutes February 2, 2026 – M. Bennett proposed changes, consensus to amend as proposed. 3.2 Appointments: 75th Anniversary Ad-Hoc Committee – D. Besson presented proposed committee appointments for T. Brinkmeier, S. Riemer, J. Holz, B. Rienke and E. Hayward. Discussion that appointment end date would be January 31, 2028 to ensure all matters are wrapped up. Motion (Besson, Brinkmeier) to forward recommended appointments to the Village Board for approval; motion passes unanimously. 3.3 Discussion on new administrator priorities – Committee members presented list of priorities for future candidate.
