Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Steve Eitelman III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Steve Eitelman IV. Consent Agenda – (All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Public Comments – (Limited to three minutes per person). VI. Discussion Items 1. Discuss current information regarding the Emergency Siren System. 2. Discuss update on the additional railroad crossing. 3. Discuss changing our current Dog Ordinance. VII. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2015-07 developing a Strategic Plan for the City of Hallsville.  2. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2015-16 approving the Agreement for the Temporary Closure of State Right-of-Way for the 2015 Christmas Parade. VIII.
