Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Steve Eitelman III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Steve Eitelman IV. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2016-16 approving the Agreement for the Temporary Closure of State Right-of-Way for the 2016 Western Day Parade. V. Executive Session - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.071 – Legal Advice - Consultation with City Attorney regarding Police Department personnel matters including complaint from Hallsville Independent School District 2. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.074 – Personnel Matter - Consultation with Police Chief regarding Police Department personnel matters including complaint from Hallsville Independent School District VI. Adjourn Executive Session - Adjourn the Executive Session, stating the date and time the Executive Session ended and Reconvene the Special Meeting VII. Convene Special Meeting - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Consider and act upon Police Department personnel matters including complaint from Hallsville Independent School District VIII.
