Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Discussion Items 1. Discuss Traffic Issues/Railroad Crossings. 2. Discuss the Entrance and Exits of the Scott Newland Subdivision. 3. Discuss the potential move to a City Manager. VII. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon the approval of the Financial Statements and Independent Auditor’s Report for September 30, 2016 by Mike Hallum. VIII. Executive Session Executive Session may be called for the purposes permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 through Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, Section 551.074, Personnel Matters (Appointment, Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment, Duties, Discipline, Dismissal, Complaint). Action if any will be taken in open meeting. IX.
