Mayor Jesse Casey Mayor Pro-Tem Dan Herrington Alderman Charlie Hunt Alderman Brandon Sheffield Alderman Frankie Dunagan Alderman Mike Bailey Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Hallsville City Council to be held March 5, 2018, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Guaranty Bank & Trust, 500 W. Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Jesse Casey III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Jesse Casey IV. Executive Session - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.074 – Personnel Matter – interview possible candidates to fill City Administrator position. V. Adjourn Executive Session - Adjourn the Executive Session, stating the date and time the Executive Session ended and Reconvene the Special Meeting VI. Convene Special Meeting - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Consider and act upon moving forward with current applicants or continuing searching for additional applicants.
