Mayor Jesse Casey Mayor Pro-Tem Dan Herrington Alderman Charlie Hunt Alderman Brandon Sheffield Alderman Frankie Dunagan Alderman Mike Bailey Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Hallsville City Council to be held March 14, 2018, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 115 W. Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Jesse Casey III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Jesse Casey IV. Executive Session - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.074 – Personnel Matter – interview possible candidates to fill City Administrator position. V. Adjourn Executive Session - Adjourn the Executive Session, stating the date and time the Executive Session ended and Reconvene the Special Meeting VI. Convene Special Meeting - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Consider and act upon moving forward with current applicants or continuing searching for additional applicants.
