Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the formal Sub-Committee of the Hallsville City Council to be held March 13, 2019, beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 115 W. Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. I. Call to Order II. Executive Session - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.074 – Personnel Matters – Discussion of Professional Services. III. Adjourn Executive Session - Adjourn the Executive Session, stating the date and time the Executive Session ended and Reconvene the Regular Meeting IV. Convene Regular Meeting - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Consider and recommend to City Council a City Attorney. V.
