Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Jesse Casey III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Jesse Casey IV. Items to be Considered 1. Council to discuss and consider authorizing the submission of an application to the Texas Department of Transportation for its 2019 Transportation Alternative Set-aside (TASA) Sidewalk Improvements Project Grant. a) Public Hearing b) Consider and act upon approving Project Sponsor Resolution 2019-04. 2. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2019-05 appointing Planning & Zoning Commissioners. V.
