Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Pro-Tem Gary Lovelace III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Jesse Casey IV. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon approving the November 19, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes. 2. Variance Request for lots in Germantown. a) Public Hearing b) Consider and act upon approving a Variance Request for Thomas Holyfield for changing the lot sizes for Lot 34, 35, 52, & 53, Germantown Circle and New Braunfels Lane, Hallsville, TX.
