Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Variance Request for lot 36 in Rutland. a) Public Hearing b) Consider and act upon approving a Variance Request for Chris & Lauren Bresch for changing the back setback for lot 36 subv: Rutland Place, Abst: 304 R Hooper, HSE, Hallsville, TX.
