Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Consider and act upon approving the June 16, 2020 Regular Meeting Minutes. 2. Variance Request for lot 66 in Timber Ridge Subdivision. a) Public Hearing b) Consider and act upon approving a Variance Request for Tamrha Woodley for changing the back setback for lot 66 subv: Timber Ridge U2, HSE, Hallsville, TX.
