ROLL CALL PRESENT: Markovich, Spitale, Venecz, Kalwinski, Uylaki, Emerson, Opinker ABSENT: Higgs, Hinojosa TOTAL: 7 DISCUSSION OF: 15-46 NOTICE OF INTENT: BZA: Z-15-05: Petition of 18th Street Brewery, LLC for Variance of Use from Zoning Ordinance to allow Distribution and Food Processing located at 5417 Oakley Street Councilwoman Venecz, supported by Councilman Emerson, moved that pursuant to the findings an recommendation of the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Council grant the petition of 18th Street Brewery to allow Distribution and Food Processing located at 5417 Oakley Street.
