B. VA14-00008: Adella Foster, 1 Huffman Drive, LRSN 8001095, a variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 28.33’ to 18.26’ to allow a one-story rear addition on an existing single-family dwelling. C. VA14-00009: Johnny Tuan Anh Nguyen, 837 Todds Lane, LRSN 13001415, a variance to increase the allowable residential rear yard accessory structure coverage from 20% to 22.39% to allow a one-story detached accessory structure in the rear yard of an existing single-family dwelling.
