VA14-00001 (continued from July 21, 2014): Carlos Lewis, 1003 New Street, LRSN 1003772, a variance to reduce the required lot width from 60’ to 40’ and the required lot area from 6000 square feet to 4320 square feet to allow a new single- family dwelling on an existing vacant lot. B. VA14-00010: Barry Patterson, 405 Victoria Boulevard, LRSN 1004251, a variance to increase the maximum height of a residential fence in a front yard from 4’ to 6’ to allow a new 6’ high fence in a portion of the front yard of an existing single-family dwelling. IV. Other Items A. Discussion and possible nomination to fill the future vacancy on the Board created by the December 31, 2014 expiration of Chairman Savage’s term IV.
