LRSN 12006130, a variance to increase the maximum percentage of the rear
yard that can be covered by accessory structures from 20% to 33.05% to allow
a new 24’ x 32’ detached garage in the rear yard of an existing single-family
home.
B. VA15-00012: Steven Thompson, 13 Hampshire Dr., LRSN 8005080, a variance to
increase the maximum height of a residential fence in a rear yard from 6’ to
18’ to allow a new fence at an existing single-family home.
C. VA15-00013: Mark Christopher Worrall, 34 Sanlun Lakes Dr., LRSN 5000757, a
variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 28.33’ to 18.33’ to
allow a new 10’ x 12’ addition on the rear of an existing single-family home.
D. VA15-00014: Dream Builder Properties, LLC, 718 Pocahontas Pl., LRSN 1003011,
a variance to change the front setback build-to line on a substandard lot
from 23’ to 30’ to allow construction of a new single-family home with a 30’
front setback.
E. VA15-00015: Dream Builder Properties, LLC, 810 Pocahontas Pl., LRSN 1003078,
a variance to change the front setback build-to line on a substandard lot
from 23.8’ to 30’ to allow construction of a new single-family home with a 30’
front setback.
