to reduce the required rear yard setback from 30.4’ to 29.1’ to allow a new
single-family home on a vacant lot.
B. VA16-00002: Lotz Realty Company, Inc., 5 Jaxson Way, LRSN 13004254, a
variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 30.4’ to 28.9’ to allow
a new single-family home on a vacant lot.
C. VA16-00003: STM Properties, Inc., 701 N. Back River Rd., LRSN 2000709, a
variance to reduce the required front yard setback from 30’ to 29’ and a
variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 25.33’ to 21.53’ to
allow a new single-family home on a vacant lot.
D. VA16-00004: Peninsula Main VA, LLC, 1700 W. Mercury Blvd., LRSN 13002031, a
variance to increase the number of building facades which may hold wall
signage from 2 to 3 to allow wall signage on a third facade of an existing
restaurant.
E. VA16-00005: David & Susan Rolfe, 818 N. 1st St., LRSN 12007577, a variance to
reduce the required front setback build-to line from 45.3’ to 30’ and a
variance to reduce the required percentage of the main front façade wall to
be built at the setback build-to line from 50% to 36% to allow a new single-
family home on a vacant lot.

F. VA16-00006: STM Properties, Inc., 424 Galveston Ct., LRSN 11000960, a
variance to reduce the required flood zone freeboard from 3’ to 1’ to allow a
single-family home to remain at its existing elevation.
