AZ16-00003: Yucarlton & Jacqueline Felton, 29 Nightingale Rd., LRSN 13004031, an appeal of a notice of violation that removal of vegetation within the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Overlay (O-CBP) District occurred without permission. C. VA16-00011: Steven Dowell, 5003 81st St., LRSN 3002594, a variance to reduce the required interior side yard setback from 6’ to 5’ to allow an addition on the side of an existing single-family home. D. VA16-00012: Rhonda Sue Woods, 27 Crestwood Cir., LRSN 8001156, a variance to increase the maximum amount by which a front porch can encroach into the front setback from 8’ to 13’ to allow a new porch on the front of an existing single-family home. E. VA16-00015: Marshall Ramsey, 922 Thornbriar Court, LRSN 3005126, a variance to reduce a required side yard setback from 7.5’ to 3.81’ to allow a new approximately 22’ x 36’ carport in the side yard of an existing single-family dwelling.
