B. VA17-00013: Almond Contracting, 19 Edgewater Rd., LRSN 10000251, a variance to reduce the percentage of a building’s main front facade which must be located at the build-to line from 50% to 0%, and a variance to construct a garage attached to a single-family residence forward of the main front facade of the building. VA17-00007 was previously approved on July 3, 2017 for this address with a different development plan. IV. Other Items V.
