VA17-00014: Eddy Chicchis, 40 Mary Peake Blvd., LRSN 3004021, a variance to reduce the required setback from the front property line to an unenclosed porch with a roof from 10’ to 4.6’ to allow a front porch on a duplex. C. VA17-00015: Marvin Tobe, 716 E Mercury Blvd., LRSN 12001613, a variance to increase the maximum height of a residential fence in the front yard from 4’ to 6’. D. VA17-00017: Signmedia Inc, 4023 W Mercury Blvd., LRSN 3003413, a variance to increase the amount of permitted wall signage from 110 sq ft to 219 sq ft to permit a large tenant wall sign in a shopping center. E. AC17-00001: Roger and Wendy Iles, 13 Wallace Rd., LRSN 10000236, an appeal of the Chesapeake Bay Review Committee’s denial of a request to encroach into a portion of the one hundred (100) foot Resource Protection Area (RPA) buffer of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Overlay (O-CBP) District to allow a 1,200 square foot raised garden bed. F. VA17-00018: The Whitmore Company, 20 Libby St., LRSN 12001509, a variance to reduce the percentage of a lot’s frontage that must be occupied by a building facade from 80% to 60% to permit the construction of a multi-family development.
