B. VA18-00001: Claudia & Gregory Rockwood, 42 Hampton Roads Ave., LRSN 1006013, a variance to reduce the required front setback from 33.1ft to 31.12ft to allow an enclosed porch on an existing single family dwelling. C. VA18-00002: Ben Tobee, 501 Marion Rd., LRSN 12003858, a variance to reduce the side yard setback on a corner lot from 15ft to 5.25ft to allow a new single family dwelling. D. VA18-00003: E-Commerce Center of Hampton, LLC, 1708 Todds Ln., LRSN 3003904, a variance to increase the maximum number of building facades which may hold wall signage from 2 to 3 to allow a third facade of signage at an existing business.
