VA20-00010: Douglas Wilson, 1728 North King Street, LSRN 8004988, 8004993, 8004992, 8004991, 8004990, request a variance to reduce the minimum green area required from 40 percent to +/- 37.5 percent in order to construct an accessory structure. C. VA20-00011: Douglas Wilson, 1728 North King Street, LSRN 8004988, 8004993, 8004992, 8004991, 8004990, request a variance to increase the maximum lot coverage allowed from 20 percent to +/- 23.7 percent in order to construct an accessory structure. D. VA20-00012: Stasia Rohn, Hilton Displays, 1006 Settlers Landing Rd, LRSN 12001035, request a variance to increase the maximum allowed number of freestanding signs associated with a drive-thru lane from two to three for the proposed Starbucks at the north end of the subject property. E. VA20-00013: Stasia Rohn, Hilton Displays, 1006 Settlers Landing Rd, LRSN 12001035, request a variance to increase the allowed square footage for a freestanding menu board associated with a drive-thru lane from 16 square feet to 22.9 square feet for the proposed Starbucks at the north end of the subject property.
